1. Overview

This policy applies to contact lenses ordered via WhatsApp from Nuova Optics. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

2. Return eligibility

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided:

  • The contact lenses are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • You provide your order details (WhatsApp order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Contact lenses that have been opened, tried on, or removed from their sealed packaging.
  • Returns requested after the 48-hour window.

4. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost regardless of the 48-hour window. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

5. How to request a return

To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp with:

  • Your name and order details.
  • The reason for your return.
  • A photo of the sealed, unopened product.

Our team will review your request and respond within the same day.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received back in store, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
